How do you best leverage a job offer when you don’t want to leave? In the running for a VP job (higher level than now) that pays $70k higher than what I currently make. I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Now I still am the site supervisor on projects but I’m also doing all the construction manger duties on the project as well. Essentially 2 jobs for one salary. Im having 2years 10 months experience and previous ctc was 2.4l p.a.

Tomorrow im having another round of interview. Can i negotiate again with hr after my selection process completed?

I'm thinking i could've said upto 4l p.a.
