Capitalone Does anyone have experience going through the Capital One interview process and getting positive feedback, but then being told they would like to place you on another team? The role was filled internally and I’m just wondering how long it usually takes when getting placed elsewhere within the company. Thanks! Capital One

Hi Fishes, I've accepted offer from Accenture from their portal.. But now got new offer from EY and wants to join at EY. So how can I tell Accenture Accenture India that I'm not going to join them. Rather than not showing up on the date of joining? Can you please guide me? How do I let them know? My talent coach is not reachable

In the business world you’ll be good. MIT, CBS, Kellogg, Booth are all the same.
Outside of business, people think Kellogg is a cereal, not a school
All M7. Business world mostly the same but Kellogg is known for sending a lot of people to consulting and is highly ranked in accounting and marketing and MIT is known as quant school for business analytics.
All great schools in generals.
Outside of business MIT is MIT and has the best Brand of the 2 easily.
You’re a god for being a COO and CFO

While i’d argue brand should ultimately matter less when comparing “peer schools,” this is how i see it.
To people in the US MBA world, Sloan and Kellogg are peer schools and it’s important to look at the individual for credentials/ability.
To people outside of the MBA applicant/recent alumni bubble:
- Business school brand (Kellogg > Sloan). In general, take note of whether people refer to the programs by the b school name vs university name and their frame of reference
- Overall university brand (MIT > Northwestern).
There are always going to be stereotypes that proliferate about schools so it’s important to look closely at coursework, faculty, and job placement for each school.
