How much you guys make with 2 yoe in fed consulting. Just got promoted and now making 91k. Is that low or high for the fed space?

If I accept an offer from HCL and I didn't join the company, will they Blacklist my profile?
Can I join HCL in future?

Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?

Got an offer from a secondaries group in a PE firm in SF (<1B latest fund). Had 200 all-in comp in consulting (80%+ coming from base) and bumping up to 230 soon. PE firm is offering 120 base + 90 bonus for Associate position. Does this transition make sense if I ultimately want to become an investor / work in PE? Goal was traditional PE, but no luck there so far with interviews. Also not sure if offer $ is in typical ballpark of what you can expect in MM PE in SF?

Need advice. I have received many calls from the companies but none of them are even scheduling the interviews. They say my current CTC is out of their budget. I even said that I am ready to negotiate based on their company budget as my priority is relocation near to my hometown. How can I convince HRs to at least schedule the interview and the salary discussion can be done at a later stage. Some companies have already discussed the final salary but the interview is not yet scheduled.

Am I the only one who faced this scenario?
North Indian HR not selecting south Indian candidate into the company even if he on par with North Indian candidate. I see this attitude amongst most of the interview which I had attended.
This seems to be a gray area somewhere in their recruitment .
