New to consulting and the big 4 - have been extended on the same project since joining. The project does not align to the skills or experience I was hired for and has been extremely challenging due to the lack of project organization and proper staffing. I received ‘progressing towards level’ on my last engagement review. How do I get off this project that’s clearly not a fit before it negatively impacts my overall career at the firm?

My almost 3 year old loves his crib. It’s pretty a apparent that it makes him feel safe at night. I stupidly did not buy a crib that coverts to a toddler bed and he has no interest in sleeping in his big boy bed. We also need to potty train him.. I know he will continue to wear a diaper at night but I dont like forcing potty all day then Trapped in a cage at night. Am I over thinking this? Is he ok I’m the crib till he’s ready or any tips to make the transition smoother?

FET - has anyone done 2 rounds of letrozole for a transfer? I did one round of 5mg daily, but at my day 13 scan it still looks the same as baseline, so my doc wants me to do another round of 7.5mg right away. Seems strange, and I’m debating asking to just fully scrap the cycle and go to HRT…
