I have joined Amdocs in January. And I am not interested in current project. Is there any platform in Amdocs where you can get learning and internal hiring through same platform?

How do you present copywriting for a client's website?

How much do your personal beliefs influence your work, and in what ways? For example, if you were a Bernie Bro, would you ever represent Trump or a Trump-endorsed/affiliated person/entity, and vice versa? Do you think you have an obligation to turn down work for a client whose beliefs you personally find repulsive? Or do you think your obligation is to set aside your personal beliefs and act in your client’s best interest regardless of how distasteful you may find them to be?

I recently graduated with a bachelors in finance, and have recently got hired (5 months ago) as a financial analyst. Realistically I do FP&A for a company. I have realized I am not a huge fan of doing non stop spreadsheet all day. Am thinking I’d enjoy my career more by becoming a financial planner and getting my CFP certification. Maybe in the future opening up my own firm. Any advice on what career move to make next in order to accomplish this? CFP requires 3 years of relative experience.

A new analyst has joined our team and we often give them models/ slides but don’t always ask them if they know all of the accounting principles to be able to make minute adjustments to EBITDA or free cash flow. We are a FIG platform, so the knowledge required is relatively unique as well and not as easy to google as corporate transactions. Is there a better way to coach the analyst short of just throwing them in the deep end to figure it out or should we wait for them to ask us for help?

Hi folks, I have an offer from Persistent for Java developer and they're offering me 7.5 LPA for Senior Software Engineer role.. Is this the right scale in Persistent ?

I have a family friend who is a managing director at Accenture who has offered to get me interviews etc. What is the best way to go about learning from her, and showing her that I am capable etc for a good role with good compensation so that she puts effort in helping me in the recruitment process and uses her “weight” to help me favorably? Instead of “oh please look at this guys resume” and viewing me as a chore. This woman is friendly and helpful. I love my job but will recruit at some point

Hello Buddies.I currently work in TCS with total IT experience of 6.10 years and salary 13 LPA. Prior to TCS was working in Wipro and was getting 15 LPA. TCS being 4th company I am heavily underpaid thanks to worst paying policy of TCS.

Anybody received offer letter from Amdocs for Amdocs mega hiring drive happened on 5th and 6th Feb?

I had cleared all the technical+ managerial round in @amdocs . Even salary discussion had also happened. And they were about to share the offer letter. But now they are saying that hiring is on hold now for the project.

Also, HR had asked me to check with my friends ( I had told her that my friend is working in Amdocs ) if any other opening is available for Java Springboot Microservice Developer role. Then she will forward my profile.
