I have recently joined Deutsche Bank
I have interviewed for Full stack developer position but for some reason they have added me to DevOps team

Manager says if you don't like they are ready to change my team but said I should try and see what Devops is for a week or so.

I have 5 years for Dev experience will it be a good or bad descision to move to DevOps now?

I just offered an intern a full time position as an account coordinator with a starting salary of $50k. They have only been an intern for 2 months and have no prior experience. How do you get good at thinking on your feet? I find I always need time to think and analyse before being able to answer client queries (even those that are considered simple by others). I don't want to rush and get it wrong. I avoid phone calls for this reason which isn't great when you're in the service industry so it's starting to impact my career.
