YOE - 5.6 years
Fixed - 28.9 LPA
Variable - 3 LPA
Joining bonus - 5 LPA

CCTC - 26.6 LPA
I'm getting hike next month which would almost make current ctc same as their offered fixed amount. But the HR is now saying they can push for 10 LPA joining bonus. Would this be a good offer?? Would love any opinions
