For those who’ve interviewed with MNC pharma companies for scientific/medical writing roles, how many days did it typically take for the HR to contact you after the virtual interview?

Had a trial where it looked like everything went well, then the jury comes back with a runaway verdict. How do you handle that? If you can look back and say I did my best, do you just chalk it up to jurors being unpredictable??

Is it possible to take certain files with you when leaving? Is this monitored, always or focused on the end of your tenure? I’m not talking client data but maybe doc templates or certain slide decks or program code like a VBA macro.
