I am undergoing Background Verification and the BGV team is simply asking each and every details in my first start up company I didn’t have a PF account, so they’re asking me to connect to CEO and validate the details like DOJ , Date Of reliving etc Even after providing they are asking me to send the Experience letter to CEO ask him to respond if the Experience Letter is authentic or not.
This is very ridiculous because the first company CEO itself have given me the experience letter.

The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).
