I got selected in Tech Mahindra and my BGV process was initiated. Recently HR informed me that the BGV status is showing as red, and I have already shared valid documents from my side.The documents are genuine. However, I have not received any response yet.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? Usually how many days does Tech Mahindra take for manual review or final update in such cases? Tech Mahindra

When is bdo promo / raise / bonus effective this year?

I have my annual review coming up and want to hear thoughts on what a reasonable raise expectation is. I report to the COO and currently make $94k + up to 10% annual bonus based on company hitting their revenue goal + I have 3000 stock options. I have 3 YOE in customer success but pivoted to a non technical program manager role at a series c tech startup last September. I have been getting consistently positive feedback at quarterly reviews. What raise should I aim for?

I wanted to know, the hr is telling the variable pay will be credited to salary every month, but nothing as such mentioned in offer letter, so wanted to know is is true?

I have 2 offers in hand - Global Logic - 23 LPA fixed , Tech Mahindra - 26.5 (including variable).
Which one is good for job security , work life balance and hike and all.
