Off topic: I am stuck in a service based company for last 4 years in a shitty project. The work I do can be done by a 12th grader. Now i want to move out by learning something new & changing my domain. But the thing is I am not able to study because I am stuck in a comfort zone and learning new thing gives me bad anxiety. It feels like I will never learn & be forever stuck here. Pls help on how to come out of comfort zone, learn things and apply for the job. Tata Consultancy Infosys Wipro

Behavioral questions. You don’t want a 10x engineer if they are so toxic they kill your team.
“Tell me about a time you handled a conflict with a teammate or manager.”
“Tell me about a time you made a mistake.”
“What factors would you anticipate that would prevent you from making a deadline?”
“What’s your work style?”
“How do you like to be managed?”
Red flags in their answers to watch out for:
Not mentioning their team in the contributions, not giving credit where it’s due.
Not being able to, or no mention of, collaboration with non-engineer partners.
Too much blame placed on outside factors or other people.
(If you and your peers will be interviewing the candidate at the same time) The candidate will only look at or address the white male(s) in the room, even though the interviewer who asked the question was not that white guy.
Hoo doggie, yes - have I got too many stories.
what’s the objective of the job. he should be passionate about his role.
Not leetcode? :)
People forget about non-technical characteristics that are equally important. Like ethics, leadership skills, team skills, etc. Ask stuff pertaining to those kinds of things. An example: "How do you overcome a teammate that isn't pulling their weight?"
Tell me about a time when you built something from scratch :)
