I have applied for a strategy role in Toronto. I got an email from the hr that they have shared my resume to the hiring team and they will get back to me should they find a fit. Is this normal? It wasn’t an automated process, I had applied through a referral.

We’ve been having issues getting final signed contracts back from publishers/labels prior to ads going live. Legal teams at the majors are soooo sloooow.

Anyone ever have experience negotiating a new offer to include unvested 401k match and stock grants from your current employer? Hi all, I am trying for role - Customer Engineer GCP. I have 5 years exp in (GCP cloud predominant for 3 years now) DevOps field in Financial Services area including FinTech (Fidelity Investments), Bank (HSBC) & Insurance(CNA Insurance - currently working). Also have a Masters in MIS. I have got & cleared calls from AWS for AWS Developer, Architect roles & failed on-site FB Production Engineer role interview. I have applied but not got a callback from Google? Any advice, highly appreciated.

I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...

Question for ex-consulting (esp MBB) folks who landed up at Google - are you happy with the decision you took? Why / why not? I'm an MBB Consultant with an offer for a role in Strat Ops in another country. Also evaluating a similar role in a fast growing, publicly lister SaaS company closer to home - faster growth, more flex to work remotely.
