I have been interviewed in and also got selected in FIS global after face to face interview and also salary was discussed but now hr says they cannot able to send the offer letter due to their system portal pause.

Is really fis cannot able to Send the offer letter and not sure what is going on and why they took interviews if they cannot able to provide offer letter after cracked multiple rounds

Really confused between the two.

FIS is giving retention bonus to particular employees. Fortunately I'm selected. They are giving 1.5 lakh and requested me to stay for next one year 😂
