I have been offered AVP role at Genpact for 40 fixed and 6 variable with 5 day work from office. I currently work with EY as Manager having 30fixed plus 6 variable but we have a practice were we get full variable irrespective of any factor plus permanent work from home.
Should I accept the offer?
