I joined EY GDS in May. I have a tile appearing in successfactors to select feedback providers for LEAD. When I checked with my Counsellor he said it wouldn’t be required for this year. But I sas posts in this bowl saying, we will get prorata hike even if we join in June. So should I ask my Counsellor to provide feedback? Or the hike comes even without LEAD feedback?

I have completed "My Purpose" learning badge and to convert it to bronze I have submitted attested evidence as required but without screenshot of deliverables as I implemented learning into my life. It got rejected from BAT team for missing screenshots.
Next, I have submitted with some screenshots. It again got rejected saying inappropriate screenshots.

* Is that the correct website where we need to provide all details for background verification? * * Also for permanent address should we give current address or permanent home address ? If they come for residence verification what do they ask or check?

Its weird that EY is calling themselves providing exceptional experiences, but keep sending Return to Office email on Friday and ruin our mood. What leadership is gonna achieve by sacrificing employee flexibilities and spoiling their happiness, it can ultimately lead to resignation and loss of great talents.
