Hi, request for staff role, for outsider MTech +8 is eligible for staff, it will be a disappointment for you later, you will be struck in that role for2 yrs at least. Tell just a few months short of 8yrs, I will lose 2 yrs of my time as Sr.Lead (that too best case).
If you’re desperate to shift and settling for sr.lead then u should get max band of sr.lead for your experience.
Sr.lead max band
Base: 38-42L
Stocks: 35-40k for 3yrs (35k possible)
JB: 10-20LPA (15 is possible slight difficulty , 20 is very rare, 10 is for sure possible).
Staff starting band:
Base around: 42-46
Stocks: 45-50k for 3 yrs (45k

JB: 15-20L
