So i work at this company in coimbatore (india) and we have a very poor work life balance. We have a 6 day working policy and no vacation or sick leaves just 1 day casual leave a month. We usualy had to work around 10 to 12 hrs and no leaves even during govt holidays. How can i make them understand this is killing our personal life. Require an immediate help in deciding whether should I join KGS as I am only having 1.6 years of experience. Currently I am working in EY GDS under a tech risk team. The hike that I am getting is of 53% of current fixed Compensation.
