Hi Folks,
I recently joined Infosys, and my schedule has been quite hectic — my first meeting starts at 8 AM, and the last one ends around 9 PM. It’s turning into a 13-hour workday, and I’m starting to feel quite frustrated.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to manage this better? Any advice would be really appreciated.

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? I'm looking for recommendations for two areas: 1) in general laying the groundwork in a startup to have the tools and especially processes in place to scale, and 2) tactical focus on building a SaaS project. I've been promoted into a management role from Dev roots, so need to learn more PM processes to be an effective manager in day job, plus would like to start building my own SaaS solution.

I have a virtual interview with Tesla tomorrow for an internship position. What should I wear? This would be first internship, so I’ve never interviewed for a position like this and am not sure how to dress (especially given it’s virtual). Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

I had a great review and a 5.5% raise and a great bonus at my company. But I also got a new Director and a peer manager of mine left the company, so I will be absorbing her team. In addition, my director said I will be receiving 'deep delegation' from them. I don't mind more work, but deep delegation is a new term I've never heard. What does that mean lol?
