I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.

Since 6 months I am mailing them asking for clearance but they didn't gave, now HR has also left the company, Please help what to do ..

Later on I just went to Linkedin and checked with Name and designation , and to my luck I found the exact profile, I am able to verify the profile because the photo on tinder and Linkedin matches. I received 1st month's salary in new organization, but didn't receive pf text message on phone.

As per my information, as I joined new company, a new pf account will be created and pf amount will be added to that account every month. But, I didn't receive any message. So, I am unsure if new account has been created or not.

Also, I need to transfer pf from previous employer to new employer.

But, I am unaware of the process.

I have resigned from my current organization with 2 offers in hand, my current org is not ready to relieve me before 3 months. I am worried about my offers getting rescinded due to upcoming recession. I am happy with the offers that i have and don't wish to hunt more. Should I keep farming offers to be on the safe side ?
