Hi Fishes I have 2 offer 1 from epam anywhere and other is from deloitte, which is better to join ?. Please suggest which one to choose between TCS & LTI Infotech. I am mainframe developer with 6+ years of exp. LTI Infotech is offering me 6L more than TCS, variable pay is almost same.
I tried to negotiate with TCS with the counter offer, but they are not agree to reconsider.
I have a kid , so I am looking for good work-life balance, comfort zone, job security and not planning to change the organization in future.
I have another offers from Mphasis and Citi, but preferring above two.
