In Capgemini how many days they will take for UAN initiation? They mentioned DOJ on 2nd May but they told me they will revise the offer letter.

Am little worried whether they will drop the position?

Currently going to school for my cannabis certification but I rarely see any jobs that offer cannabis research. I currently work in a lab/greenhouse environment and would love to continue that line of work with hemp/cannabis. Misled on Maternity Leave Policy. I found out I only get 4 weeks pay for maternity leave (STD +“sick days”). I will take 12 weeks but wont get paid for 8 weeks. I work for a US, west coast based company in the tech/VC industry. Their website claims to offer “paid parental leave and other progressive benefits for parents”. I didn’t find out until after I was hired their pay was only 8 weeks but since I have been at the company less than 12 months, I don’t qualify for their policy. Is this unfair?

So...I started my own company in 2018. Things went off like a ROCKET. Its a small Remodeling company and we specialize in higher end bathrooms and kitchens etc. I love working with my hands. I also have my education though and...I am going to return to tech work. I just wonder..when is enough enough? When do you pull the plug?

The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).
