I’m trying to pivot my career to an HR position and am struggling to gain traction. I am also working on my MBA with a concentration in HR which I will complete in May and am based in NYC.

Is there anything you’d like to see in a candidate in my spot? Any possible referrals in the area?

Can someone please comment the non-tuition expense for the full duration of MBA? Specifically asking for MIT, CBS and London Business School (assuming 21 months for LBS).

Need advice. I have a 30 year ARM, which the current interest rate expires in 2026. Trying to pay it off before the rate hike. I have an extra 5k right now as my emergency fund, but my job is pretty stable. Would it make sense for me to use that to pay down my principal to reduce future interest? Or should I just keep it as emergency?
