It's been 20 days since I completed my second (final round) interview with JPM for legal counsel and I have not received any feedback yet. The feedback from the first round was positive, and the second round was with the executive director. After 8 days, the HR reached out with an invitation to apply for the job I'd. However, the salary negotiation round has not taken place. The status of my job application is still showing as "under review".

Should I continue to hold onto hope?

Interviewing at so many places and often get dinged at final rounds. Hoping and praying for the right one to work out.
