I had offers from SocGen and Ntt data and since Nttdata gave offer letter early i joined it and it's been 1 week now since I joined. Now SocGen said to release offer in 1-2 days. Should I resign from nttdata and join SocGen ?

What all things I have to consider while resigning from Nttdata ?

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

I have got one good opportunity.
They need me in one month where as current employer asking minimum two months.

I have an offer from cognizant for 17.3 lpa fixed for 7 years of experience in sql Dba and I am expecting another offer from KPMG for 16.8 lpa fixed for same role do confirm and let me know which is overall better company with respect to wfb, Annual hike, etc etc.
