My brother completed his MBA from a good institute and am currently a CFA L2candidate (appeared from my exam in August 2022). He is working with Capgemini for an leasing investment bank client. He has approx 2.5 years of experience and is interested in roles like FP&A, Financial Modeling, Portfolio/risk management, valuations or fixed income. Would appreciate referral in Financial Services companies please.

Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.

What would you have done in my place? Should I go for Oracle or Amadeus?
