Presently while working in Wipro for a project with ODC as Pune and Hyderabad, and got an offer with 20% hike (since joined Wipro less than a year ago) and 10% of the CTC as additional performance bonus.

Putting up at NOIDA, and WFH currently for Wipro. The offer being held is for Gurugram location which needs me to be the office for 3 days a week.

Can someone advise if the switch will be worth or not since may need to relocate to Pune if Wipro makes work from office compulsory?

About to get promoted at PwC from Associate to Senior Associate (mgmt consulting). I interviewed at Deloitte for a Consultant position, but they’re potentially giving me an offer for BA. I’d essentially be holding out on the promo until next promo cycle. Usually, I’d understand hiring at a level below for higher levels but I feel like doing a 3rd year as a junior might not be the best decision. Should I push HR for Consultant level? On other Hand got the same CTC from Neudesic an IBM Company and its WFH ( Remote Completely ). The Third Offer is from PubMatic where CTC is 22.70 ( Including stocks, and variables ) for the Gurgaon location. Please help me out with what basis I should choose among these.
