I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)? I went under contract last fall for a new build that will be done later this year. In the contract the seller/builder included a clause that gave them the ability to change the price without cause anytime before the house is complete. This past week they invoked that clause to increase the price by like 7%, supposedly due to material costs. I can either agree to the increase or they return my deposit. I bagged an offer letter from Global Logic, for Automation Testing, but after connecting with team got to know they are using out dated tools for testing but while interviewing they asked about the latest tools which there in the market.
So can anyone guide me what to do now , is there any criteria to switch the project inside the GL only? How easy is getting to another project with GL?
