And got selected in EY for manager position. Now in salary discussion stage. Once I transition I will stay for 5 yrs in the company. How much CTC can I ask in EY maximum? Please help

Is IBM Consulting (GBS) a good company for Business analysts? I heard that IBM GBS has only support and AMS projects and BAs doesn't have prominent role to play in such projects.

I’ve been with my bf for 18 months and we have not said ‘I love you’ to one another. What's with the saturation of self help/ productivity books on social media (reddit, Instagram etc.) ? Not saying I don't mind reading them, but I see this quite a bit. Know a few people who consciously only read non fiction instead. Just thinking aloud over here. Would like to hear what you guys think ?

What will be in hand salary per month for fixed pay 20 LPA in EY GDS after tax deduction?

Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.
