Leaving after one year to another biglaw firm?
I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

I am about to receive an offer from ADP Hyd. I have 12+ YOE. What is the grade that will be best suited as per my exp? I'm in AWS, My current sal is , 23L base 13L JB 100 RSU (comprising 29L ) should I get 48L from ADP? I already have an offer of 32L fixed+10L variable + 6.4L JB from Accenture as L7 Mgr/Sol Arch. Yes, for G3L1 with 8 yrs exp, it seems a pretty great offer. But it also depends on your current ctc. Work culture is great, specially for women. They offer some daycare allowance for kids, but only if you avail it from specific listed daycare facilities. No food or cab facility, just that 2-3 days every month, they have free food day.
In my experience, work life balance is bad, hikes are low until you get a promotion. Reason is salary is already on higher end of the maximum band. Recognition is pathetic.

For below G4 level, people get two Bonuses. One which is the usual annual bonus, which is mentioned in offer letter, and the other which is not mentioned in offer letter- this other one is named WinAsOne Bonus. This comes in September salary, and can be anything up to 5% (this year it is only 2.65%).
The first type of bonus, comes in April salary.
(Yes the pay structure and pay breakup is very confusing, and for a reason!)
