Most probably my company is going to acquire by incedo so. How's the policy, management etc.

All of my writers are busy. Went FT, family stuff, already booked. I had to leave a 5 week contract on the table because I don’t have a deep enough writer pool. I’m 17 years in the biz, have awards and primarily do TV and Digital. CD/AD. Anyone interested in building a professional partnership? Let me know.

Are ppl worried about being on the bench esp when there aren’t a lot of projects in the pipeline? New hire here about to be up for staffing for the first time and sentiment at my firm seems to be worried/fearful about being unstaffed. Is it actually worrisome to be on the bench in this environment or is this just a product of highly ambitious over achievers worrying about not being constantly utilized?

I was laid off, and I am now trying to pick up freelance while also on unemployment. Last week I made roughly double my UE benefits from a freelance job.
