Hi Guys,
I have been assigned to a Unbillable Project, they are building one app and have recruited people from the talent pool. The project is not registered in GLOW. And they are calling it as Voluntary Contribution type project for studio. Is this what they call Internal Project in Globant?
Will there be any impact if I don't perform as per their expectations?
Will it be of any benefit to me if work in voluntary project? Will HR recognize this project contribution as valid work?

Yes, exactly my point, we all are professionals, when someone gives some answers, you should not tell he is from HR or Manager or whatever your thoughts are, without knowing anything. Each company uses a swipe card system which records the time you enter the office and leave the office.
@Hhcmg - author wants to know about the 8 days wfo rule. In globant it is compulsory to attend office 8 days a month that means you can attend any 8 working days. But now globant management is asking employees to attend office twice a week and not any random 8 days in a month.
So, author is asking if management is tracking the data of twice a week attendance or any random 8 days would be fine..
Someone from Globant management can shed some light on this post.
I used to go office randomly. Some week 2-3 days, sometimes WFH complete week and then cover all 5 days in last week of the month. I was never questioned if I had 6+ days attendance in the month. I was from Java studio. Recently left the organisation(after 3 yrs). But it's painful to see so many negative reviews
Yes you can... But it should not be repeating thing... Once a while is acceptable
