Recently got an offer from PharmEasy for the Data Analyst role with a 30 % hike from current salary at Deloitte, where CTC is 8.1 LPA
But will have to pay in the training cost along with the joining bonus which comes up to 2.4 lac. Really confused what to do as I've been on bench for 3 months now with no learning opportunity and don't know what kind of projects I might get ahead and what about the wlb as compared to PharmEasy.
Some insights will be much appreciated :)

Q2. What are the next rounds/discussion to expect if I clear this round?

How many billable hours per week is considered at capacity? I’m getting pushback on boundaries I’m setting about additional matters and marketing work from my firm when I’ve been billing 60-75 hours per week for the last 6 weeks, and I’m still behind on my work. 1. Genpact - 27 CTC (24 fixed + 10% variable plus gratuity) Manager level
2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..
