Hi, How much time does Bosch take to release the offer after HR round?

So I work as an assistant manager at a restaurant for the past 9 months. I've worked in restaurants for the past 6 years science I was 16. Now I'm 22. I went to a trade school for media and film. I got a dream opportunity to work in the field making about the same or 10% more. I told myself the only reason I'd leave this company is for this type of job. Should I take the chance at this job and leave the restaurant that is on the rise and growing?

I can really use some direction. My background, I've worked 2 years in strategy and am currently coming off an exhausting year 2 in investment banking. I didn't particularly enjoy either role and am not interested in moving over to the buy-side or some monotonous FP&A role. Currently I'm working at TCS as an ITA. Recently I got an offer from VMWARE. Can any one please advise me if it is a good time to join VMWARE or not ? I'm asking this question because as you know VMWARE has been recently acquired by Broadcom AND Broadcom does not have a good past on its previous acquisitions like CA and Symantec!!
