I have been working with Walmart for the past 14 months and have recently got an offer from Blackrock for 45 LPA.
Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.

PS. I am not happy with growth prospects in the current project in Walmart.

Today evening I got technical interview assigned mail with meeting invitation for today afternoon itself. It is very confusing to me.

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.

Really frustrated... 1 year at Globant. Very unprofessional person at product director level and his fake accent. Petty politics...he is promoting boot licking culture. His work is to manage WhatsApp and hangout group of BAs. Globant
