Hi guys i am 9 yr exp at tcs in support project tibco with 7 lpa pkg.i have health issue as i feel eye pain when i work on screen so cant work in IT for long time.i have offer from Vodafone for deputy manager developer role with 17 lpa for pune.should i switch or stay at tcs as less work here and job security here and also i have to relocate with family? please understand the situation and answer?
