I am currently looking to make a career change from creative planning / strategy into market research (qualitative). I want a career that is more objective, concrete and empirical. Is market research the right place to look? If so, are there any tips for transitioning?

VC / PE / MMB comp and trajectory comparisons? Is it better to stay in MMB until later in your career then switch to PE/VC or better to make the move earlier.

I also have basic python skills, SQL in intermediary level, and I have studied about ITGC audits from a peer of mine. I know the basics regarding IT Audits like Program Changes, APD, Computer Changes, etc.

If there were no practical obstacles whatsoever, what area(s) of law OTHER than your current practice area would you want to explore, and why?

I’ve been so specialized for so long I’m not even sure how to answer this question for myself. Once upon a time I was somewhat interested in tax but I’m worried that’s where fun goes to die. I kinda dig admin law, although that’s cheating a bit because I work with a federal agency.

I've got 4 years at a staffing agency after getting Masters in HRM and making a complete career change in 2018. Doing full cycle recruiting and account management. I feel I'm doing very well (in the role and with comp $57 base + commission = ~$91k last year) BUT I feel stuck!! I'm feeling undervalued and unchallenged. SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through.
