I am currently working as a 3D artist at the CSD, National Institute of Technology in the Virtual Reality Department. where I have created 3D objects, interior and exterior design, and product rendering.
I can create a visual twin where clients can see through virtual reality and interact with the environment. I am looking for a Job role in architecture. where I can help in modeling, texturing to visualization of a project through images, videos, and VR.

Hi-I have 120K in cash in HYSA. After keeping emergency fund aside. Still have 75-80K available that I plan to invest. After 401k, HSA, IRA and monthly expenses: we are left with 6K every month. So investing 12K every month in market. My worry is with that rate - it will take us 12-14 months to move the extra 75-80K mentioned above. However do not want to make a bulk move. Any advise how to plan the switch. At present have 60K invested in stocks. Thanks
