I have a weird question

I have given interviews in JPMorgan Chase for developer role and got the offer which is gud but interviews were not as tough as one might have expected from a reputed firm like jpmc.

Had 1 tech,1 tech-Manager round , Hire view test which was quite easy and an hr round.
Am a little worried about the standard of project and the team. I have offer from CIB Payments team. Checked with hiring manager and he said d role is for developer. Just worried abt quality of work

Hi SpEd Teachers, is anyone else facing EXTREME staff shortages as a result of state funding? We are not able to meet my students' IEP requirements (not even close) due to not enough paraprofessionals and the district flat out refusing to hire more. I've lost 70+ hrs/week of para hours over the past few years and my students are really suffering. This leaves our district open to lawsuits, but the real problem is the state's education budget. What can we do?? This isn't going to fix itself.

Is there an easy way to convert a manipulated pivot table to a normal table but automatically retain all the subtotal formula and grouping? For example, I have a pivot table with 3row fields (country, region, customer) And a 1 column field by month.
