I am currently working as an consultant for kyndryl as cloud sme with 7b band on lower level 13.5 lakhs. My contract is coming to an end so I contacted my manager was offered an job at same 7b level at 17 lakhs . Should I take the offer , will I have growth in the Company? I have an another offer from hcl 18 lakhs . Kyndryl Inc.

The marriage market is more brutal than job market brother.
You need to have lots of patience, if you take hasty decisions and choose wrong woman, then you and your family will suffer unnecessarily.

I suggest you talk to multiple women simultaneously until you finalise one.
Girls are not even considering my profile, so I’m not even getting a chance to talk to many of them and this is despite being 6 feet tall and fair. The main issue seems to be that my background is not considered strong enough, and many families reject me because I’m not a B.Tech graduate.
Brother, I’m not sure about your search criteria, if you are looking for a girl from tier 1 city who is working you will most likely not be considered. I would say look for alliance from tier 2 cities.
I’m not even looking for a Tier-1 city girl because I already know they would probably reject me either the girl herself or her family due to my not so good background, hometown condition, and our old house in a not so good locality.
We proactively mentioning that I’ll continue living in a metro city, but even girls from my hometown are hesitant because Bangalore is far and expensive. Earlier, when I was in Noida near to my hometown families rejected me due to my lower package which was 12 LPA.
At this point, I genuinely don’t know what’s happening with life anymore.
Don't worry bro don't take too much pressure keep some buffer which you need after marriage... wait and get right match otherwise life will be hell and worse than now.. many girls searching for good guys like u... you need to enlarge the search and circle you will definitely get right girl.. dint make hasty decisions
