Need your advice on this WFH policy in nokia, HR told me its 2 days from quite some time since pandemic, i want to know if its gonna change anytime soon, I hear they will change to 5 days, is it true ??

They did not have a detailed discussion regarding the compensation .
But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.
Its been 2 days. No update. Can anyone guide. Why 2 hr rounds ? N how much time it takes?
