Hey Fishes, I have resigned from EPAM systems and got an offer from Nokia with an increase of around 25%, Now EPAM is trying to get me back as they and the Client thinks that I’m one of their valuable asset. EPAM is ready to Match the offer but still….. confusing mind for retention and all. Please help me with thoughts !EPAM Systems

Our CEO was asked this question in the latest townhall. He said the hybrid model works for us. So completely remote is not recommended (depends on profile), at the same time, 100% WFO, was also not proposed/recommended/talked about.
Not just Nokia, many companies are likely to shift their hybrid work policies to permanent on-site work. I'm not sure why there's so much concern around hybrid or remote work—before COVID, daily office attendance was the norm. As for Nokia, there’s a strong possibility the current hybrid model could transition to a five-day in-office schedule.
I have heard they r asking for at least 3 days WFO for some BU's in NOKIA. it also depends on senior management.
I know several people that work 100% remote!
It depends on the team and the manager to be honest.
