I want to know when I can do the counter offer ( I have other offers from HCL, Capgemini, cognizant) or request HR to revise my package?

My joining date will be on June 2nd week

I’ve recently started work at a very young tech startup. Coming from a big law background, this was a huge change of pace/environment.
