I was hired as an instructional coach this year. They have me teaching half the day now, but I still have to do all of my duties as a coach plus prepping, grading, etc. for my classes. It definitely isn't what I signed up for and just teaching was way easier than this (and teaching had higher pay), but the need is there so I am, too. Just know you are making a difference in the lives of the students and the teachers. It gets easier with time.
You have to find a balance (I know it’s difficult) with your lesson planning, pulling resources for your classes that you teach, and supporting the teachers in your department. I see how my IC is moving like a tornado and sometimes just asking her how she’s doing gives her a temporary reprieve to exhale and release. If you have a colleague that is your person; seek them out. Also, learn to draw that line: some days you have to leave and go workout, be at home for your family, or go home and sit on your couch and do NOTHING. Stay strong, the year is almost over!
