Currently I'm working at TCS as an ITA. Recently I got an offer from VMWARE. Can any one please advise me if it is a good time to join VMWARE or not ? I am being asked to move to Richmond, VA for Sr. Mgr. Supply Chain Analytics role in an organization that is dire need of help.

I am currently at 146k TC, they are offering 190k TC.

I originally wanted a director level role to set the strategy, process, and tools.

Instead I am just being asked to develop the tools.

My hypothesis is a clear lack of strategy and no accountability for process compliance will mean any tools developed will fail.

Would you take job in those circumstances?
