What is the goal of your life?
My probation was supposed to be of 6 months (i.e until June 2022), but today I received a notification in Workday that I have passed my probation.
How is this possible?
I was planning to resign within probation for 30days notice period. But now this happened. Will this change my notice period to 90days??

Seems that Fearless girl was made by unfair men.

Unrelated but I love Richmond 🥰 great lcol area with lots to do.
I have been to Richmond, I do like it as well. Which is part of why I am entertaining the offer. Lower col and higher TC is solid. I am concerned about the role.
You’ll live like a king in Richmond with a 190k salary

You’ll probably live like a king with 90k in Richmond
I'd ask them for follow up conversations about the concerns you listed. Be open about the fact that you want to know more about their current maturity levels so you know what you're getting yourself into. And ask about what they want from you and why. Maybe they're already hiring another director for strategy, so they now need a tools person. Maybe there's some other strategic work planned. Other things are possible.
Do you have evidence that there is a clear lack of strategy and no accountability? Or is this just speculative because you’re being offered a slightly different role?
Speculative based on the interview process and questions I asked.
No clear vision for the company or the supply chain itself.
Couldnt articulate why they were pursuing a efficient supply chain in a high demand complexity/high supply complexity environment.
Didnt seem to understand the difference between between responsive, agile, risk hedged, and efficient supply chains.
Wanted to have everything without prioritizarion structure, etc.
A lot of these are basics of developing a supply chain strategy.
Also coyldbt clearly articulate the overall company's vision or strategy and how the supply chain is being used to serve it.
