Have heard client interviews r quite tough there so what should u guys suggest to leave ibm and join epam ?

I think around 5 chances . It depends on client to client, very few ask DSA in data engineering practice .

Not sure about other techstacks/practice.

Yes, its very tough and they give bad feedback too if you don't perform well in interview which gives a reason for EPAM to fire you if you are in bench for a long time.

check with epam hr if they can arrange client interview before joining otherwise look elsewhere

Hi! I’m a young professional with less than 2 years experience, started a new job 1.5 months ago. I’m having quite some difficulties on balancing out my response time to tasks. While I act incredibly fast if not immediately with some, I sometimes take 1-2 weeks with couple of hours worthy ones. Sometimes I ignore, procrastinate or simply other more urgent things come up to increase the delay. Also I work with 3 managers in my team which doesn’t help with expectations nor guidance. Hi Fishes I have 2 offer 1 from epam anywhere and other is from deloitte, which is better to join ?. Epam anywhere offering 17 fixed + 50k joining bonus and Deloitte offering 15.75 fixed ( 2.5lakh + 10% variable). I am confused which one I should join. YOE-3.7 in cloud and devops.
