I have cleared L1 & L2 interview on 2nd Dec & 11th Dec for Capgemini, have also completed the iMocha test on 24th Dec,Last week HR told me that business has approved the CTC part and it's on the final stage of approval internally after uploading all my docs, I was expecting to receive the offer letter this week only as I am an immediate joiner but when I am trying to connect with HR via call today They aren't receiving my calls & it's concerning me, can anyone guide me here Capgemini

Now he wishes to come back to India and wants to join some company here. But seems like similar opportunities are very less, say close to 3-4%. What is your opinion if he takes a DevOps course and do a career change ? What will be the % of getting interviews ? Even if he gets selected, how much will he get?
