Role will focus on (GenAI/Agentic AI) specifically),

Offer in hand: 32 LPA (30 fixed)

Yoe: 9.3

NP: 35 days left

How much i can ask now? in salary discussion with HR.

Also i have a US onshore director round what they ask in this round?

I have a friend in optum ai 100 group who is sg28 sr ai/ml engineer. Her ctc is 67 lpa with workex of 8 years.
You should definately ask for 47-52 fix.

Ask for 44 fixed , total CTC should 52-54 lpa.
Director round should not be that technical, mostly about roles and responsibilities and your experience in the related tech..

In L1 they asked me to code a end to end RAG from scratch.
L2 was similar to the above but i thought it will be more in depth by luck it was same, but there was one DSA question related to 3D List which they asked me to flatten without changing the index position.
Director round: This was basically a overview of your total exp and the recents projects you worked upon related to RAG and Multi agent systems.

so you having 9.3 YOE, can expect more than 45 easily
