I have cleared the first 2 rounds of Accenture Strategy (Capability Network) and scheduled to have my HR round this week. I have been told that the process will be done by this week and if all goes well I should be rolled out an offer by Friday post salary discuss etc.
I'm currently working with IBM which I joined post MBA in September 2020 as a Strategy Consultant.
My CTC is 14.6 LPA(12 fixed, 2JB, 60k relocation bonus).
How much do you think I should ask for and the split?
