Need help assess an offer from #PwC. Director of M&A IT (DDV - Deliver Deal Value). The offer has base salary (based on cohort - Tier 3 Home City) and sign-up bonus, but does not have the annual bonus structure for Director level at #PwC. HR lady said that they will give you that when you start. I would like that now (written format). She told me verbally the percentages but I do not recall them. Anyone from #PwC has that info in a PDF document?

Anyone have any friends who successfully pivoted out of advertising? I’ve been at my company for 10+ years. I’m not happy with the culture but have flexibility I enjoy, seniority for the time I’ve been here, and pays well. An new job opportunity came up as a Tax Manager but in a different industry which could expand my skillset in different ways, but is not as flexible and the pay is 20k lower. Am I being paid competitively? I have been the Onboarding Sup for my HR dept for over a year now and I’m being paid the state min for salary, which for CA is 62,400. I have not gotten a merit raise since the last 2 January’s, the state raises the threshold for salary folks. My company says that was my raise. Is this right? Stupid Question- We have been thinking for IVF and trying to understand with this process, is there any difference in the health and life of the child as compared to a child born without IVF. I did ask this with our doctor and he said casually its all same. This is not to question any doctor but just to really understand what is going to be different with the kid. This is not very old technology and not much studies as well.

They asked for salary slip and offer letter to decide on the numbers. But my current pay scale isn't as per the industry standards and they are asking me to move to bangalore. If they give me a hike based on my current salary it would be next to impossible to move to bangalore. How do I put forward my points to them to try and convince them to pay me as per industry standards?

How does the job security at Accenture looks like?

I had joined my current company through campus placement and had to sign 1 year service agreement.

I have completed 1.6 years and wish to switch, but the HR is saying that I need to wait another 1 year because there is mass resignation happening at the company, or will have to pay full bond amount if I leave.

Will absconding be a good decision here? And what will be the consequences for it?
