I have got offers from Qualcomm and Arm.

I am really confused what to choose between them in terms of compensation, work life balance and growth. I would highly appreciate your help.

At Qualcomm, I am getting senior sde and at arm I am getting sde(g3). Also, at Qualcomm, my base pay as well as CTC per year is 5 lakh more than Arm.

But I have heard firing and toxic culture of Qualcomm. I am not sure if it's true and which company should I join.

Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? How important is a master's degree for your career? Can you have longevity and thrive in the tech world with just a bachelor's? Asking this because I've been preparing for CAT this year and I feel like my preparation is only good enough to get me around 90-95 %ile which is not enough to get a call from the top IIMs. I've been preparing alongside my job and its been a tough 3 months. Should I spend another year preparing and appear for CAT 2023 or should I give up and prepare for interviews?

Hey Friends, need help!! I am a developer with 1.6 YoE, got placed on-campus (NIT), can code well in Java and Python, but want to move into an analyst type role as I am not sure if I can be a good 'developer'.
Is it an ideal move for a long career, or if I want to do an MBA in future?
